It’s been a while since I’ve done a good toy-related comic. If you haven’t checked out the Mega Drive Megatron yet, be sure to do so. It is, simply put, so awesome. If you’re going to be the person to tell me that it isn’t technically Hasbro putting this thing out, then I feel bad for you that you’re too smart to have a good time. And if you're going to be the person to tell me they don't get it, well, yeah, sometimes I'm a bit too obscure for anyone's good. Just be glad I'm not making more Perfect Hair Forever quotes.
This is, again a situation where I can’t help but feel like I need to cut the notes short. I spent all day in bed, trying to manage higher-than-comfortable levels of mucus. On one hand, it allowed me completed the third crystal in Bravely Default, and just finished Alabasta in what is my sixth complete I’m-gonna-start-One-Piece-from-the-very-beginning-again run through the series. But on the other hand... I dunno, I’m drawing a blank here.
Since post-50 is going to feature a longer story-story, I’ve been trying to come up with ideas on where I want to take the comic notes through then. The whole thing is going to cover nearly two months, so I thought it would be fun to use each week to delve into individual character analysis, inspect what makes them tick, that kind of stuff, mostly for my own amusement. Expect #50 to be dumb meta junk, then hit the ground running with an unusual story about one of Equestria’s lesser acknowledged but ever present species.
